1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Tiny Town Play Cafe ("we", "our", "us"). By booking a session, entering our premises, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All play sessions and party bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or in person.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling at our discretion with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

  • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, maintenance), we will offer to reschedule or refund your session.

4. Arrival & Supervision

  • Please arrive on time for your session. Entry may not be allowed outside your booked time.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Our staff are here to assist and ensure a safe environment, but parents/guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the visit.

5. Play Rules & Safety

To keep our play space fun and safe for everyone:

  • Socks must be worn at all times in the play area by both children and adults.

  • No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed in the play area.

  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

  • Please report any injuries or hazards to a member of staff immediately.

6. Food & Allergies

  • Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed in the cafe.

  • We cater to various dietary requirements, but please notify staff of any allergies.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen equipment.

7. Birthday Parties

  • Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Final numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 5 days before the party.

  • You may bring a cake, but we ask that no other outside food or drink be brought into the premises without prior agreement.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media).

  • We will always ask for verbal or written consent before including identifiable children.

  • You are welcome to take photos of your own children but please respect the privacy of others.

9. CCTV & Security

  • CCTV operates within the premises for the safety and security of staff and visitors.

  • Footage may be shared with law enforcement if required.

10. Liability

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, Tiny Town Play Cafe is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur due to improper use of the play equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

11. Code of Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any customer to leave if they:

  • Use abusive or inappropriate language or behavior

  • Endanger the safety of others

  • Do not comply with these Terms & Conditions

  • No refunds will be given in these cases.
